The day I wore this, Grego and I ended up at an extremely sketchy but entertaining flea market on the west side of Columbus. I'd like to think I fit right in with the biker booth there, the one that had a mannequin clad only in thigh-high boots and Harley-Davidson underpants.

I bought this vintage dress at an Ohio Thrift that was just up the street from the thrift store. I could have filled a car with all of the amazing finds from that place. One item considered but passed up for purchase: a handmade linen tunic and matching capri pants with yarn fringe, circa 1976, for $1.

The elderly lady who owned this frock before it came into my life must have had tiny little arms... I ended up stretching and rolling the cuffs to remedy the inadvertant three-quarter sleeve look.

I always love reading your post, I feel so much better I'm not the only with slightly random style.

Rosie - We should start a gang! We would just have trouble settling on our gang colors... heheh.
