I saw Marie Antoinette, that 2006 movie starring Kirsten Dunst, last night and was inspired to dress haughtily opulently. Big hair? Check. Neck ribbon? Check. Fitted bodice? Check ... ish. Kitten heels? Oh yeah.
Of course, this was the best use of the neck ribbon in the history of fashion.
