This is my favorite skirt in the whole world. I think it might actually be a shawl/poncho type garment but I've only ever worn it as a skirt. I got it 928 years ago at the Carroll County Flea Market in Carrollton, KY. The top is from some outlet, the vest is thrift, the pocket watch is from the costume shop in Newport and the shoes are by Tribeca. Nothing compares to the poncho skirt, though.
