This dress is by Free People. I freaking love that brand but am constantly amazed at the outrageous prices they charge. Thank goodness for TJ Maxx ... This little number sold at Pangea in Clifton for $95 and I got it yesterday for $25. It's still an extranneous purchase but you do crazy things for love.
