My favorite thrift store is in Newport, KY and is the sort of place where you can pick up a sweet jumpsuit for $3.
And if you cut off the too-big belt...

...You can end up with a sweet $3 thrift store romper.

Da Shannon - It's the Village Thrift in the Newport Shopping Center (near Walt's Center Lanes)... I think the Valley and the Village are run by the same folks so you probably alreay know the wonder!
