Friday, I took the day off work to have adventures with my sister. She is going back to grad school soon and will be leaving town this weekend. I'm going to miss her like mad.

This is a dress I purchased in Lexington during my sororal outing. It cost way more than I normally would spend on a frock but I was so elated to be with my sis in a different town than I sort of went nuts. It happens.

I know, Emily, lots of denim skirts - especially ones that show as much leg as the one from Kohl's - are super skanky. Or, if you find one that is longer, they look matronly. I'm not sure which is worse.
